Welcome to Crossroads Art Center’s Event Space
Crossroads Art Center is a 19,000sq/ft event space located in the Near West End of Richmond. The artsy atmosphere of Crossroads provides a unique experience for events ranging from corporate/educational conferences, birthday parties, baby showers, family reunions to wedding receptions.

Venue Accommodations
The Rhoda MacCallum Gallery is our largest event space (2500 sq ft) and will hold up to 300 for a party and 200 for a sit down dinner. Gallery One is a smaller space (450 sq ft) and can be used for smaller parties (showers, birthday parties or meeting). It can hold up to 75 people theater style or 30 people with tables and chairs. We also have several other areas that are classroom style and available for special events. For each event, our staff is happy to assist you in designing the most suitable set-up for any event size.

Most of our events are self-catered. You may self cater any event at the art center and a staff member will be happy to go over the guidelines with you to self cater. We do have a preferred vendors list we are happy to share with you which includes Local Caterers and Party Rentals. Please know that these are provided for your convenience, and that Crossroads Art Center is not an event planning agency, so for more in-depth assistance, inquire about our recommended planners in the area!

Art on Display
Guests are allowed to tour the entire art center and view all the artwork. They are also allowed to purchase any item they wish through our staff members on duty. We know that the art displayed throughout the center will add to the overall experience of your event!

Location and Parking
Crossroads Art Center is located almost on the corner of Staples Mill and Broad Street. It is in the Crossroads Shopping Center across from Anthem and in the same shopping center as West End Antiques, Bremo Pharmacy and The Holiday Inn. We have hundreds of free parking spaces in front of the building. The parking and building is also handicap accessible.
