Pat Troiani

Pat Troiani earned a Master of Fine Arts from Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, Maryland. A former art teacher in Pennsylvania public schools for 15 years, Pat retired to the Outer Banks of North Carolina in 1985. She taught watercolor painting from her home studio while working as a professional artist. Inspired by the southern Maryland scenery, wildlife and florals are a favorite subject matter. She uses traditional watercolor techniques. In addition to her paintings, Pat creates exquisite jewelry pieces. She enjoys making new baubles and believes that women never have quite enough jewelry.
