…where art and people meet!
With this letter, Crossroads Art Center is kicking off a nonprofit outreach project that is designed to raise money for your nonprofit organization and bring awareness to your cause.
Each month Crossroads will
highlight a different nonprofit and provide a gallery opening (3rd
Fridays 6pm-9pm) where the nonprofit will have the opportunity to gather and
introduce themselves to a broad audience (200 – 800 people).
We
will happily donate or create for the your group:

Nonprofit group will
receive all proceeds from beverage sales
·
A table that the
nonprofit can use to distribute information throughout Gallery Opening Night
·
Nonprofit will be mentioned
in all press releases and advertisement
·
Light hors d’oeuvres,
Ice, 2 coolers for your use, sound system
What we would like from
your group:
·
Nonprofit would inform
your members of the gallery opening and ask for their support by coming to this
free event
·
Nonprofit would obtain the ABC license ($55 a month in
advance) and wine for the event plus two wine servers. Nonprofit would keep all
the proceeds from the sale of the wine at event (large bottles of wine 8-white 8-red
- $150) I would charge $3 per glass. Plus I
would sell – water and sodas. Martini’s
have been great sellers as well. Nonprofit handles all money.
· Have on hand members from the nonprofit to speak for 5 minutes before our Gallery Talk Opening Night regarding the nonprofits services and programs.
· Need a brief write up about the nonprofit and it’s mission
While
we will attempt to include as many nonprofits as possible, our dates are
limited and will be available on a first come basis. We look forward to welcoming you and your guests to our art
center and to working with you and your organization to raise awareness and
funds to help you carry out your mission.
