La Finestra (the window in Italian) was inspired by a few quotes…

“Stop looking at the walls, look out a window” Karl Pilkington.

“There’s a world out there. Open a window and it’s there” Robin Williams.

I saw no reason why both could not be true. You can look at your walls and experience what’s out the window…the world. This quilt represents the window frame and all the colors of the world that lie beyond. I hope you enjoy my “vista dalla finestra” (view from the window).
