When one walks the beach in the winter, there are no footsteps to impede the travel of a rock from the dunes to the shoreline. This demonstrates Newton's First Law of Motion.

Artist's Statement:

I have had a camera in hand for over 50 years. With the advent of the digital age I started discovering new ways to interpret an image. I enjoy working a photograph through various digital stages. My main interest is in landscapes and seascapes which covers just about everything. There are endless possibilities to interpret what my mind's eye sees that I could not do in a darkroom.
