A few years ago, when our young son required surgery out of town, we stayed at a Ronald Mcdonald House. It is an incredible service they provide to families going through stress. This egg represents the breakfasts we had there, a small snippet of what they provide.
Artist Statement:
There are many grand things, people, and places in this world. Often times we overlook the little things that don't seem as memorable in comparison to these grand things. In elevating these seemingly unimportant things, I seek to evoke a memory, a personal recall of the viewer's experiences.
I am a representation oil painter. When I am not painting or sketching, I am chasing around 3 boys and their dogs, reading, or boating the river and bay.
