Book Signing - Leah Michelle McClure is an American born writer. She is the author of three novels to date, And a House with a White Picket Fence, Rage and Innocence and Fatal Reversal. Her unpublished works include children’s books, short stories and plays that she has written throughout her life.

Leah has always preferred to write rather than read, so her unique style is purely her own and not influenced by other writers. She describes her life experience as being “enriched with an equal amount of challenges and blessings,” many of which inform her writing. By combining her keen story-telling ability and intimate understanding of her own adversities, she weaves tales with cross-over appeal that engage readers in the characters’ hardships, abuse, and everyday challenges.

McClure spent the first 20 years of her life in Connecticut. As an adult, she had the pleasure of living in several other states, including Virginia, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and most recently Vermont. However, none of these places have discouraged her love of the New York Yankees and the Dallas Cowboys.

Her passions, in addition to her family, include 80s movies, ballroom dancing (and watching others dance), scenic car rides, a nicely marbled ribeye steak, the winter season, world history, and binge-watching documentaries.

The event on Friday, January 16, 2026, is the perfect place to explore our latest exhibitions and potentially discover your next favorite artist. If you would like to be added to the Invitation list, please email us with your contact information at crossroadsartcenter@gmail.com.

Beyond simply producing work, his passion for photography has been spread to others through his numerous private and group photography classes that he has coordinated and taught. Scott has placed the seeds of creativity in the minds of students in places like Ireland, England; the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Florida, Texas, Washington, New York, Pennsylvania, Georgia and many other states and cities around the world. His progeny has gone on to start successful careers of their own and many of their works could be seen for 15 years in the ScottChurch “LEGACY Gallery Show.” which has since transitioned into the "ScottChurch January Show" which features all types of creative arts. His passion and tireless efforts have created a virtual community within the photography and Fine Art world that has transcended geographic boundaries.

Through all of this he remains grounded and approachable. To this day, if you call the studio, he will most likely be the one answering the phone. Give it a try.
