Why SIP?

Painting with the SIP Studio has taken me on a journey to discover my own true style.  We paint color, light, and atmosphere, not just things.  I am blessed to work under our mentor, Chuck Larivey, our "second pair of eyes". He helps me to "see" and encourages us to " keep working" or to "sign it".  Chuck's encouragement to join FASO and to enter the Bold Brush Contest earned me the Blue-Ribbon 1st Place award.  Studying only 4 1/2 years, I am fulfilled.  Thanks to Chuck and my SIP colleagues! – Joan Layne
