Artist Statement:
My name is Perla Pena, I'm 43 years old ; my passion is create art. I started taking classes in 2015 at VMFA Studio School and in 2019 at Art Adventure with Amy Barr. I took different courses including Drawing, Pour Painting, Acrylic, Gouache, Watercolor, oil, oil Pastel, Soft Pastel, Cold Wax, Mixed Media, etc. I can say I have a little bit of experience with the different mediums and I love to experiment with colors and textures....I can not say I am A Professional Artist, but always try to do my best in everything that I created . I have finished many paintings and drawings with different techniques and mediums especially landscapes, floral and animals; this is my first time trying to sell one of my paintings, I don't know how to marketing or publish my work...I hope you can see my talent and promote my work; this is a really nice experience and I know I can learn a lot from it. my wish is to be a professional artist one day and many people can enjoy my art.
